Change is scary especially when it means us stepping out of our comfort zone. I'm not telling you it will be easy, I'm telling you it's going to be worth it!
I went through a period in my life where I was literally exhausted all the time and was full of excuses. I became very unhappy with my life and eventually hit rock bottom! That is when I changed my mindset and literally took baby steps to change my life to fulfil the dream of living a happier life!

Western Medicine:
Healthcare refers to the standardized conventional approach where healthcare practitioners use science-based practices and procedures to offer care for their patients including pharmaceutical medication, treatments and surgeries.
Holistic medicine aims to improve the health of the entire body and ultimately causing it to enhance the specific sick area too. Holistic health practices help your body withstand the onset of disease more easily!
Going outside can help boost energy and your Immune system. It's a great way to get natural Vitamin D.
Natural Skincare VS Synthetic Skincare:
When a lotion is applied to the skin, the ingredients contained within it slowly sink into the bloodstream. From there, they have a direct effect on many of the body's processes. If the ingredients are beneficial, they'll have beneficial effects. If, on the other hand, they're a detriment, they'll have adverse effects on the body.
On synthetic product labels you'll see words such as Triclosan, Glyceryl Stearate, and Petrolatum. These ingredients are made in labs and can be detrimental to the body. Synthetic skincare products can be harmful to some individual's skin by causing an allergic reaction. Some allergic reactions may be redness, swelling and itchiness. By using synthetic skincare products, you're allowing harmful chemicals to seep into your bloodstream. In the long-run this could have consequences.
Natural products contain jojoba oil, argan oil, lemon juice and so on. These ingredients are all beneficial to the body because they contain vitamins and compounds such as Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Resveratrol, alpha-hydroxy acid, and more . All of which help the body to function at optimal levels. Natural products are free of irritants.
